The customer service is really great. My package got lost in the mail the first time around, but Marianna shipped it again at no cost to me as soon as it was returned to her. The construction and material are lovely as usual; my only complaint is that the shoulders are a bit asymmetrical (one shoulder is puffier than the other), but I shouldn't have too much trouble taking care of that myself.

I received it within a reasonable time, and the item is just like the photo. I have no issues with it except for the sleeves being really tight on my arms... I ordered the size L, the measurements are alright (back, neck, so on), but the sleeves are so tiny on me they don't look as poofy, and it looks awkward if I bend my arms in front of me. I'll tailor it, but I loved it for the most part.

It's great! Might well by more stuff in the future. Only problem was late delivery but that was easily solved with an email.

The item is as pictured, and appears to be well made. If ordering for a specific event, make sure to order early!
